Meet the ACK Infusion Team
At ACK Infusion Mobile IV, we are committed to providing you with safe and effective IV infusion treatments. Our team is composed of highly qualified medical professionals dedicated to your well-being.
Managing Partner and Medical Coordinator-Alison Fassnacht, PA-C:
Alison Fassnacht PA-C earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and completed her Physician Assistant studies at Touro University in New York.
For 15 years, Alison honed her skills as a surgical PA at NYU Langone Long Island, formerly known as Winthrop University Hospital. Her passion for patient care led her to Nantucket, where she joined the surgical team at Nantucket Cottage Hospital. Upon moving to the island, she became friends with the Shull family, who shared the vision of owning and operating an IV infusion company on Nantucket. With her medical background and the Shull’s business background, they proudly founded ACK Infusion.
Managing Partner and Sales Coordinator-Andrew and Shay Shull:
Andrew has been a State Farm Insurance Agency owner for 20 years in the Dallas area. There he leads two successful agencies built on trust, service, and community relationships. For almost 20 years, Shay has owned and operated a successful lifestyle blog creating content daily to encourage and support women. She also owns Mix and Match Travel Agency where she and her team have created custom vacations for clients for over 13 years.
Their combined decades of experience running and growing small businesses gives them a unique perspective and proven skill set to make them perfectly suited for their role in ACK Infusion.
Together, they are proud parents of four children. When not in Texas, the Shulls are at home on Nantucket where they enjoy spending time with their family embracing the island’s charm, history, and coastal lifestyle.
Medical Director- Dr. Francis X. O’Connor:
Dr. O’Connor brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ACK Infusion. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of The Holy Cross and earned his medical degree from Tufts School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Bay State Medical Center.
With an impressive 26-year career as a surgeon in the Navy, Dr. O’Connor retired as a Captain. For the past eight years, he has served as a staff general surgeon at Nantucket Cottage Hospital. He is a dedicated family man, with four children, two grandchildren, and five “granddogs.”

In addition to our leadership, our team includes a skilled group of certified Registered Nurses and Paramedics. Each member is trained to administer IV therapy with the highest standards of care, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for every client.

Established in 2024 and staffed by local first responders and medical professionals, we’re here to assist you whenever you need it. Our expertise lies in IV infusions and drips designed for electrolyte replenishment, vitamin therapy, and general hydration, all delivered directly to any location on the island.
